Hooter’s Cup

TThis year the HCS is XI years old! So what exactly is the Hooters Cup Series? In a nutshell The Hooters Cup Series consists of twelve different Car & Bike Shows located in six different cities/towns, all throughout the greater Chicagoland area. The series will run through Chicago to Joliet and many points in between. The series also tracks points that are awarded to winning participants in several categories from each show. It allows Cars & Bikes to compete against each other all throughout the Chicagoland area. Thus pitting some of the best of the best against each other in a season long series that ends with a Grand Champion! The series has grown with every passing year as has the breadth and depth of the vehicles that attend.

Is it necessary that you attend and compete at each show to win an award? Not at all! The series travels throughout Chicagoland and as it does, many will join in on the fun as it comes through their area. The show series offers same day registration, convenient locations, lunch off a menu and a whole lot of fun. While the first 50 registered participants receive a $5 lunch coupon, the first 100 receive a dash plaque. All participants and spectators will receive a free commemorative show poster signed by the lovely Hooter Calendar girls. Yes, the ladies attend each show.

Two NEW & important items this year…more awards and more classes! As a participant, you will compete for one of the Top 75 rides the “Double K Top 75”. Like always, awards will be issued for the Best Paint, Best Engine, Best Bike Tank Art, and new this year, Best GM/Chevy, Best Ford, & Best Mopar. And of course, the overall Best in Show for Car & Bike!

In addition to the nice awards for the Double K Top 75, each winner will be issued points from their winnings. Throughout the season/schedule, these points will be accumulated. On Oct.2nd, at the final Hooters Show, (Downers Grove) a Grand Champion for Hooters Cup Series XI will be announced for both Car & Bike categories.
